A typical day at Helping Hands Adult Day Services (HHADS) follows this schedule:
7:00 am Opening
9:00 am Continental Breakfast
9:30 am Devotion
10:00 am Exercise
10:45 am Special Activity
12:00 pm Lunch
1:30 pm Afternoon Activities
2:45 pm Snacks and Fellowship
3:30 pm Tabletop Games
4:00 pm Departures
6:00 pm Closed
